I remember my first sunrise while riding the Greyhound, it looked something like this. I was really upset when I got on; my destination was a pretty good one, just not alot of memory from it. I just remember sitting on the bus and watching the sun come up, thinking that hours earlier my life started, and I was alone. You can say that it was the dawning of a fresh start for me, that Christmas day in 2000. I had a huge fight with my stepfather, and I argued back with him and my mother to boot. My stepsister told me to just leave if I didn't like what was going on...or something. I honestly don't remember what it was about.

I do remember that for 17 hours that sunrise stayed clear in my head, even now I remember the feeling, and it still saddens me to this day.

I used simple airbrushing in PSP X, got emotional when I added in the sun. Thank you for the kind words, hun.

The artwork itself is very nice! but the story behind its ads something to it that makes it even better, I think =)

The vibrant colors and dreamy feel give it life and invigoration that is missed in a lot of paintings. Although it may be the simple, the small details of the clouds give it the extra spark... wonderful. Thank you for sharing! :)
